What you will be doing:

In this role, you will create visual content that makes information clear, engaging, and accessible.

Design graphics, infographics, videos, and animations.

Film and edit video, create motion graphics, and use design and editing software to produce finished materials.

Organize and maintain visual assets so they remain current and accessible.

Work with departments to align content with organizational branding and messaging and reach intended audiences.

The working environment you can expect:

This Anchorage-based position is part of the Department’s centralized Communications team and currently works a hybrid schedule from home and an office setting, as appropriate. Because DOH is one of the State of Alaska’s largest and broadest departments, the daily environment is fast-paced, varied, challenging, and creative, requiring independent and collaborative work on both long-term projects and time-sensitive communications for audiences across the state.
