What you will be doing:
As a member of the Content Creators team on the division’s Learning and Development team, you will be stretching your creative muscles and flexing your knowledge of Public Assistance policy and procedure to create engaging, informative self-contained training modules that are part of the larger University of Eligibility curriculum for division staff. You will use curriculum authoring software Articulate 360 and division resources daily in your work.
You will work collaboratively with a team and with others throughout the division.
This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of division programs. It also requires the ability to effectively interact with division staff and other professionals.
