Job Description
The Alaska Court System invites applications for a
Therapeutic Courts Administrative Project Coordinator (salary range 15).
This position will provide support to the Program Coordinator and to the Therapeutic Court Advisory Committee, and will implement training and technical assistance for therapeutic court teams.

Personnel rules will be applied to determine step placement for the successful internal candidate.
Regular duties will include:
The position coordinates statewide advisory committee operations, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, tracking action items and recommendations, organizing member orientations, supporting strategic planning, and developing annual reports. It manages grant administration by monitoring deliverables and timelines, maintaining documentation, assisting with required reports, coordinating information from project staff statewide, organizing compliance and monitoring files, processing budget modifications, supporting procurement activities, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, and assisting with future grant applications.
The role also oversees statewide training coordination by scheduling training events, managing registrations, coordinating with partner agencies and technical assistance providers, maintaining training records, organizing speakers, developing annual training calendars, supporting conferences and workshops, and completing post-training reporting and documentation.
In addition, the position supports project management and resource development by tracking statewide initiatives and remediation efforts, maintaining website and outreach materials, developing newsletters and public awareness resources, assisting with manuals and toolkits, supporting sustainability planning, maintaining policy documents and standardized forms, collaborating with stakeholders and the data analyst on performance monitoring, and providing administrative and project support to advance statewide therapeutic court initiatives.

Work Schedule:
Full-time court employees are scheduled to work 37.5 hours per week. The current schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break

Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college in public administration, criminal justice, business administration, communications, social work, behavioral sciences, or a closely related field, AND three years of professional experience in project coordination, program administration, grant administration, court operations, criminal justice, behavioral health, or therapeutic courts.
OR
Five years of progressively responsible professional experience in project coordination, program administration, grant administration, court administration, criminal justice, behavioral health, therapeutic courts, or a closely related field.
