The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Branch Manager for the Worklife Services Branch. The incumbent provides strategic and operational leadership for the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of agency-wide Worklife programs and services. The position is responsible for identifying innovative strategies to enhance Worklife offerings as a core component of the FAA Workforce Transformation initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
