Social Services Associate

What you will be doing

This Specialty Administrative Support Social Services Associate position provides administrative support to the Administrative Officer and Administrative Assistant 2, including personnel, payroll, background checks, court calendar maintenance, and backup support for new hire orientation and employee records. It also assists with procurement, purchasing, inventory management, One Card auditing, and occasionally supports SSA staff with routine case tasks, transportation, information gathering, and basic court documents. Additionally, the position provides general administrative and facility support and offers occasional administrative assistance to Licensing.
