are on the front lines of protecting guests, employees, and company property. This role is perfect for someone responsible, alert, and ready to handle a variety of situations in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.

What You’ll Do

Monitor assigned areas to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized activity.

Check identification and control access for employees, guests, and vehicles.

Address trespassers or violations following legal protocols.

Provide first aid or CPR when needed.

Document incidents and daily activities in clear, detailed reports.

Use communication devices (e.g., two-way radios) effectively.

Support other team members and complete additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Responsible, alert, and able to remain calm under pressure.

Strong communication and documentation skills in English.

Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Previous security or safety experience is helpful but not required.

Current CPR/First Aid Certification (Preferred).

Current, unexpired TWIC Card (Required).

Physical & Work Environment

Able to bend, stretch, kneel, squat, and stand for extended periods.

Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions.

Comfortable working in unheated buildings, noisy areas, or areas with odors.

Willing to live in a

remote, rural Alaskan community

(travel by ferry or small plane required).

Comfortable walking or driving on gravel roads in inclement weather.

Flexible with hours during peak season.
