The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) Central Region is looking for a Right-of-Way (ROW) Agent 3 in our Property Acquisition Unit to help us

What you will be doing:
The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) Right-of-Way (ROW) section is the functional group expert on acquisitions to support highway, aviation, and public facility capital projects. The ROW Agent 3 position serves as a lead ROW Agent within the Acquisition and Relocation Unit and functions as the Project Agent for the department’s most complex ROW projects. This role is primarily assigned to consultant-led projects but may also manage in-house project assignments. The ROW Agent 3 provides leadership in coordinating consultant activities and supports the development, administration, and oversight of professional service agreements for ROW services. The acquisition and relocation program is managed in accordance with the DOT&PF Alaska Right-of-Way Manual.

The working environment you can expect:
This position resides in the DOT&PF Central Region Headquarters building at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, Alaska. It is easily accessible by a paved multi-use path and bus routes 40 and 65. Located on the shore of the beautiful Lake Hood Seaplane Base near Ted Stevens International Airport. Office hours are flexible. As a side benefit, you will have easy access to bike & walking trails around Lake Hood.
