What You’ll Do

As a

Resort Activities Attendant

, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a pleasant and safe experience for our guests in our fitness center and pool areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

Execute a diverse range of guest activities

suitable for both summer and winter seasons with the objective of improving our overall guest experience.

Ability to multi-task

, with

exceptional organizational

and

communication skills.

Setting up pool furniture:

chairs, loungers, etc.

Greet and welcome guests

to the pool area in a friendly manner.

Advise guests and ensure rules

and safety protocols are being followed.

Maintaining high levels of cleanliness

of pool, hot tub, change rooms, and gym areas.

Maintain locker rooms

and ensure all amenities are stocked.

Maintain the inventory and accessibility

of equipment for guest usage.

Ability to engage

with people of all ages.

Adhere to all health and safety standards

and codes

to ensure a safe environment.

What We Need

Physical capability to lift, stand, push, pull, and bend as required to meet job demands.

Prior experience working with the public or operating fitness equipment is advantageous, but we also consider a combination of training and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge.

Personal discretion, respect for guest privacy, and professionalism are fundamental qualities for success in this role.

Flexibility to accommodate a varied work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
