Job Description
The Department of Natural Resources Support Services Division is recruiting a
Recorder Manager in Anchorage.
This position is open to Department of Natural Resources employees only
Only permanent State employees currently working for or laid off from the recruiting department's classified service may apply.
What You Will Be Doing:
Oversee and support daily operations of the Archives and UCC 500 offices and staff, ensuring consistent compliance with state regulations, internal processes and policies, and supportive leadership to the team.
Assist and problem-solve with recording and archival issues, develop solutions, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Manage financial processes, including preparing financial reports, overseeing invoicing, issuing refunds, and assisting staff with receipting as needed.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and the public to resolve issues, streamline workflows, and support organizational goals.
Foster an innovative and collaborative work environment, including identifying opportunities to modernize systems and processes.
