What you will be doing:

As the

Flex and SHIP Grant Manager

, you’ll play a key role in strengthening healthcare services for Alaska’s rural communities. You’ll manage federal grant activities, including budgets, subgrantee agreements, reporting, compliance, and performance measures, while providing guidance and technical assistance to participating hospitals. You’ll collaborate with rural healthcare partners and federal program staff to ensure grant resources are used effectively. This position offers the opportunity to build strong partnerships and support meaningful improvements in rural healthcare delivery across Alaska.

The working environment you can expect:

The Frontier Building in midtown Anchorage features sweeping views from the Chugach Mountains to the Alaska Range, along with covered parking, a high level of building security, and convenient vending machines for drinks and snacks. Most staff currently work a hybrid schedule - splitting time between the office and home to maximize shared office space - so you can enjoy both in-person collaboration and the comfort of remote work.

Travel to various locations around the U.S and Alaska is required
