Program Coordinator 2
located in
Anchorage, Alaska.
What you will be doing
Under the general direction of the Mental Health Clinician 4 (Wellness and Resiliency Officer), the Program Coordinator 2 provides statewide oversight, coordination, and support for all OCS staff development initiatives. In this role, the Program Coordinator 2 will work closely with division leadership to advance program development and implementation and strengthen practice standards for all OCS staff, while creating a positive and seamless orientation experience for new employees. This position serves as a Training Program Coordinator, working in collaboration with the Child Welfare Academy and the OCS Mentor team to enhance the current training program and provide support to ensure better training outcomes.
