Position Summary

The Player Services Representative is responsible for assigned funds and protection of company assets in a positive manner with guests or team members, ensuring they receive the best possible experience. A Player Services Representative may, at times, also act in the capacity of the drop and count team for the Casino. A Player Services Representative will also be expected to maintain the cleanliness throughout the casino including the casino floor, BOH areas and bathrooms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Make change, cash TITO tickets/vouchers/receipts, and slot jackpot payouts.

Assist guests with ATM, credit card advances and check cashing transactions.

Issue employee banks to assigned employees and their departments.

Maintain composure in a potentially stressful environment.

Responsible for all key transitions in the cage, per gaming regulations.

Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures, including Title 31 requirements, as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.

Ensuring accurate enrollment, maintenance, and confidentiality of Players Club accounts and player information in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

General cleaning duties of the casino as assigned to include preopening, closing and general maintenance throughout the operating hours.

Maintain knowledge of player tracking systems and ensure accurate use of casino management software for player enrollment, ratings, rewards, and reporting.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

High School Diploma and/or GED required.

Must have previous experience in handling cash.

Additional Requirements

Must be 21 years of age.

Must be able to work independently and unsupervised.

Must be able to use a 10 key and have strong computer skills.

Must be able to learn the casino operating system – IGT Advantage

Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must have the ability to deal with customers in a courteous manner regardless of situation.

Must have the flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.

Successful Licensing with Eklutna Tribal Gaming Commission

Machinery, Work Equipment, Programs, Software, Hardware Used

Personal Computer including Microsoft Office and IGT Advantage software

Document scanner and printer

Various hardware/software used in the slot machine environment
