We are seeking a Customer Service Professional to Join our Team!

A Universal Teller delivers consistent and exceptional customer service through processing various types of customer transactions promptly and efficiently, while adhering to defined cash limits, bank policy and procedures, and banking regulations. To be considered for this position you must have six months cash handling and one year customer service experience. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, consider this opportunity.

We have a robust learning and development program, and many Universal Tellers I become Universal Teller II and then Personal Bankers, and more!

Personal Bankers welcome customers and deliver consistent and exceptional customer service through building relationships to recommend the best products, services, and solutions to meet their needs. Additionally, you may train, coach and mentor branch employees. If you have strong communication and interpersonal skills and strive to provide excellent customer service, consider this opportunity.

We have a competitive salary schedule based upon minimum experience to very experienced; the job/salary offer would be commensurate with your experience.

Universal Teller I: $20.25/hour minimum, plus 10% differential.

Personal Banker I: $24.00/hour minimum, plus 10% differential.

Schedule: Monday - Friday
