The Payroll Team has 3 employees, and the Payroll Technician is a key team member. Payroll processes pay for over 850 employees, so the work is ever-changing, yet constant at the same time. One thing is certain – it is never boring!

WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION:

In this position, you will generally work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Your office will be in the Central Office Building located in front of the Harborview School on Glacier Avenue.

Fully remote work is not an option; however, a hybrid telework schedule may be an option once probation is complete.

Typical Responsibilities

Processing bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees.

Maintaining and updating employee payroll records with precision.

Reviewing time sheets, hours, and pay data to ensure everything lines up.

Collaborating with HR and Payroll teams to resolve discrepancies.

Responding to employee inquiries with professionalism, empathy and discretion.

Rotating regularly as a New Employee Orientation presenter.
