Title:

Administrative Assistant - Maintenance

Qualifications:

1.   Bachelor's degree preferred.

2.   Rural Alaska experience required.

3.   Ability to work well with others

4.   Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written and oral forms.

5.  Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

6.  Ability to compile and assess longitudinal data.

7.  Ability to prepare reports to the public and State.

8.  Experience with major computer programs including but not limited to Microsoft 365, TimeClock+ and iVisions.

9. Assisting, collecting, maintaining and reporting data-based facility and maintenance information.

10. Driver's license preferred.

11. Administrative support for the Director of Property

Reports to:

Director of Property Services

Job Goal:

To assist the Director of Property Services substantially and effectively in the task of providing support and oversight to all district-wide initia

tives.

Performance Responsibilities:

Representative duties include, but are not limited to, assisting the Director of Property Services in all aspects of the position including monitoring property services travel and leave; preparing reports; maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic/paper files of correspondence, reports, and other administrative activities; gathering data and maintaining records for reports and other necessary documents related to Property Services; assisting with end-of-year principal check out; and performing such other duties as may be directed by the Director of Property Services.

Length of Position:

Fulltime, 7.5 hours per day, 261 days per year.

Salary:

Depending on Experience, this can be a PERS or TRS position

Evaluation:

Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with the provisions of the Board Policy
