The Division of Juvenile Justice is recruiting to fill a Maintenance Generalist, Journey position located at the Kenai Peninsula Youth Facility.

What you will be doing

Observing strict safety and security requirements, this position will independently perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of building components and systems at the Kenai Peninsula Youth Facility, a secure institutional setting. Additionally, it performs janitorial services for the facility and surrounding grounds.

The working environment you can expect

This position is located within the Kenai Peninsula Youth Facility which is a 24-hour secure facility located at 405 Marathon Road in Kenai. This is a full-time position with work hours from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. This includes a lunch period from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm.
