We are seeking friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Greeters (Hosts/Hostesses) to join our dynamic team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you set the tone for the entire dining experience. The ideal candidate is warm, professional, and excels at multitasking in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations and waitlists, and maintaining the smooth operational flow of the dining room.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Provide a warm and genuine welcome to every guest, escort them to their table, and present menus with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Manage reservations, seating charts, and waitlists to ensure a balanced flow of guests throughout the restaurant.

Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to coordinate seating and optimize service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, entryway, menus, and front-of-house areas at all times.

Ensure that entry doors, menus, and guest areas are spotless before and during service.

Answer phone calls promptly and courteously; handle inquiries and take To-Go orders accurately.

Monitor guest satisfaction, communicate estimated wait times clearly, and manage expectations with empathy.

Assist with bussing tables, food running, and other duties as needed to support team operations.

Thank and engage all departing guests, inviting them to return for another memorable experience.

Uphold all company standards for grooming, appearance, and professionalism.

Job Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum 1–2 years of host/hostess or customer service experience preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.

Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality.

Basic computer and POS system proficiency.

Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
