This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Perform professional engineering or architectural work in support of Military Construction, selected Civil Works, Work for Others and/or HTRW projects. Work projects are typified by new construction, renovation, conversions, rehabilitations and additions at installations.
