The Department of Health, Division of Senior and Disability Services, is recruiting an experienced, self-motivated program manager to join the SDS Grants Unit team.

What You Will Be Doing:

In this position, you will be responsible for the full scope of statewide program planning, administration, development, management, implementation, and evaluation of grant-funded services for Alaska’s seniors and individuals experiencing a disability. This will include managing multiple grant programs with varying requirements and structures.

Additionally, in this position, you will also:

partner closely with grantees and community-based agencies to ensure effective program implementation and use of grant funds, providing technical assistance and developing training materials;

work collaboratively with State and community partners;

Manage a variety of service delivery programs, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of these services.

Frequent travel within the state of Alaska is required in this position.
