Guest Service Representatives (GSRs)

are based in Anchorage, Fairbanks, Seward, and Denali. GSRs are often the first point of contact for the guests upon arrival and the last point of contact for guests before they depart Alaska. GSRs must have excellent guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and provide solutions to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
