We are looking for a Guest Room Assistant at Rendezvous Lodge for the 2027 Ski Season

The Guest Room Assistants will be Housekeeping, Server, and Liaison  work close and Private cook. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, has excellent organizational skills and is self-motivated, with a great eye for detail.  Candidates should be proficient in managing household tasks, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and tidiness in all yurt areas that you are responsible for, and have excellent interpersonal skills while working in a fast-paced environment.  Also, the ability to forward think and predict ways to individualize each Guest's stay and make it a memorable one.

Job information

Six days a week- with flexible schedule to meet guest needs.

Will be responsible for a small group of Guests and work closely with the Private Chef.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Cleaning all sleep yurts for the 8 Guests and the common yurt in the center

Coordinating and working with as well as serving with the Private Chef for Breakfast and Dinner as well as assist in packing lunch for guest and guides for the day of skiing.

Helping with kitchen and meal duties

Helping with the meal service

Adding little touches to the Guests stay that make it memorable

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and tidiness in all yurt areas that you are responsible for

Care of the Guests clothes if requested

Inventory of yurts - keeping everything fully stocked

Handle any emergencies or unexpected situations with grace and discretion

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Available for seasonal work from the end of February 19, 2027 to April 20, 2027.  Communal living experience is required.

BENEFITS: Housing is provided free of charge. Meals are $70/week, this includes hot basic breakfast, lunch (self made) sandwich, soup, or hot microwavable items and 4 snack items limited due to are, Safeway is available to order and pick up if you wish for more items, with a hot buffet style dinner, which are all provided in the community yurt.
