Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent provides a welcoming environment for office visitors and assists with directing visitors and staff to the proper department. This position also performs clerical and organizational tasks as part of the office team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Coordinate company events including Employee Appreciation events and events held at The Mill at Ward Cove for cruise ship passengers. Does not include housing events prepared by the Housing Manager.

Assist Human Resources Manager with employee recruiting and onboarding.

Parking Permit intake and maintenance.

Monitor the WCDG Info inbox and forward corresponding emails to applicable departments.

Collect mail and distribute accordingly.

Perform basic cash counting and deposit duties as outlined by the Accounting Manager.

Provide clerical support to the Human Resources and Accounting departments.

Scan requested documents and forward them to the applicable departments.

Order requested supplies for office and company events as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Basic understanding of all Microsoft Office Applications.

Great comprehension of company policy and procedure and ability to communicate them with staff.

Great organizational skills.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma/GED.

Driver’s License required.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
