This position is in the Labor, Trades, and Crafts Union (LTC) at a Range 57.

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Food Service Journey, you will provide meal preparation services in support of the student meal services to include weighing, measuring, and assembling ingredients to prepare beverages and foods for cooking and serving. Prepare food that meet standards of taste, temperature, appearance, texture, and diet requirements. Recognize produce and food products that do or do not meet quality, safety, and sanitations standards.
