Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in managing and coordinating food and beverage operations within Chin’an Gaming Hall, including assisting in managing budgets, ensuring exceptional guest service, assisting in developing menus, and managing inventory, as well as ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and full compliance with regulatory and gaming standards.

The ideal candidate is passionate about food and beverages, demonstrates exceptional leadership skills, and has a proven track record of overseeing high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-end hospitality environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Operational Leadership

Assist in overseeing daily operations of all casino food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and lounge areas.

Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverages, and guest service.

Monitor casino floor service and coordinate with other departments to maximize guest satisfaction.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and gaming regulations.

Staff Management

Assists in recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising food and beverage staff.

Assists in coaching, performance evaluations, and corrective action as needed.

Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on excellence and guest engagement.

Assists in regular staff meetings to communicate expectations and operational updates.

Guest Experience & Service Standards

Implement and maintain service standards that reflect a premium casino hospitality experience.

Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Ensure all F&B staff adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Maintains composure and confidentiality in sensitive situations

Collaborate with marketing and events teams to support special events, promotions, and VIP services.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to Eklutna Tribal gaming regulations, alcohol service laws, and internal policies.

Monitor food safety procedures, sanitation standards, and Eklutna Health Department Regulations

Manage incident reports, audits, and corrective actions as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

High School Diploma and/or GED required.

1-3 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage role; casino or high-volume hospitality environment is strongly preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of food safety guidelines, alcohol service regulations, and gaming industry standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Ability to acquire TAPS and ServSafe prior to employment.

High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to inspire, coach, and manage a diverse team

Respond to common inquiries and/or complaints from guests.

Ability to deal with inebriated customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
