What You Will Be Doing:

The Employment Services Technician 3 (EST 3) provides supervisory leadership at the Midtown Job Center within the Career Support and Training Services (CSTS) unit, overseeing EST 1/2 staff and ensuring effective delivery of workforce development programs. This role manages a small caseload while coordinating service delivery, monitoring program performance, and ensuring compliance for key initiatives such as the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA), State Training & Employment Program (STEP), and the Jobs for Veterans State Grant (JVSG). The EST 3 supports program planning, budgeting and community partnerships, and directly supervises case managers, including Disabled Veteran Outreach Program Representatives (DVOP), to ensure high quality employment and training services for veterans and job seekers with significant barriers to employment.
