What you will be doing:

In this position, you play a vital role in supporting Alaskans by managing casework and keeping workflow moving smoothly. You serve as a primary point of contact for clients across all access points, including the Virtual Contact Center, lobby, and non-lobby interactions. In this role, you provide accurate information, gather essential details, and help ensure timely benefit determinations.

This position joins a statewide eligibility workflow team in local Public Assistance offices across the state.

The workplace is in our Juneau office, located at 1002 Glacier Hwy, Suite 200, Juneau, AK. The Juneau office, conveniently located in the Heart of the Valley, offers shopping centers, athletic facilities, walking trails, and access to public transportation.
