1st year driver wage of $20/hr

Paid training provided with winter CDL training program in select regions (full and part time training provided)

Experienced CDL holders make higher wage

Local guides receive increase local rate

Safety and Contract bonus (Equals $2/hr extra per hour)

Guaranteed Driver housing

$600 travel reimbursement

$500 Referral Bonus

Safely drive 40-45 foot motorcoaches while providing guided tour to visiting cruise passengers.

Successfully complete training program.

Commit to a minimum 90 day contract.

Paid CDL training available for exceptional individuals currently without CDL

Clean Driving Record

21 years of age by March 1, 2025

Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work in fast-paced environment.

Ability to develop interesting and factual tours with provided materials and to deliver competent spoken tours to groups

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Ability to pass DOT physical
