What You Will Be Doing:

This position provides daily supervision and support to MEHS residential students to ensure a safe and positive living environment. The incumbent will respond to students’ needs and assist them as challenges arise.

The incumbent will maintain discipline and uphold respectful community standards within the dorms. In emergency or high-stress situations, the incumbent will remain calm, assess circumstances quickly, and take effective action. Overall, this position ensures students are well supported, appropriately supervised, and set up for success in their residential experience.

Most come from communities with schools enrolling fewer than 50 students: approximately 80% are Alaska Native.
