Enjoy natural scenery at our Salmon Bake as you work with other employees to serve guests and create a hospitable experience.
As a food service specialist, your main focus will be centered around the guest experience. You will be tasked with ensuring guests are happy, the facilities are clean and assist cooks and other employees when necessary to ensure a smooth operation. Duties include but are not limited to:
Bussing tables
Checking in with guests
Getting updated guest counts on the premises
Informing guests of ship call times '
Restocking food and utensils
Maintaining a clean restaurant
Closing procedures
