We are looking for competent Restaurant Servers to take orders and deliver them to our guests maintaining and enhancing the quality of our customer service. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues and follow established health and safety standards. The goal is to accelerate our business development by providing customers with a memorable experience. You must be able to wear a smile at all times while on the floor working.

Responsibilities

Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order

Attend to customers upon entrance

Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages

Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products - cocktail waitress or waiter after dinner service depending on guests

Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff

Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude

Issue bills and accept payment

Promote dedication from customers

Requirements

Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience

Customer-oriented approach and patience

Problem solving and decision making skills

Hands on experience in cashier duties

Excellent people skills

Responsible and trustworthy

Attention to cleanliness and safety

We have Server positions available over the spring from the beginning of February 19, 2027 to the beginning of April 20, 2027. 1 years experience required.

Communal living is required

PAY: This position pays $650 to $700 per week plus tips  tip pooling.

BENEFITS: Housing is provided free of charge. Meals are $70/week, this includes hot basic breakfast, lunch (self made) sandwich, soup, or hot microwavable items and 4 snack items limited due to are, Safeway is available to order and pick up if you wish for more items, with a hot buffet style dinner, which are all provided in the community yurt.
