We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our dynamic, high-volume team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, providing prompt and friendly service, and delivering genuine Alaskan hospitality to every guest.
Our ideal candidate has strong beverage knowledge, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming guests, taking drink and food orders, and ensuring every guest feels valued.
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times.
Follow all recipes and presentation standards to maintain consistency and quality.
Engage guests with knowledge of our locally brewed beers, Alaskan spirits, and specialty cocktails.
Process payments accurately using our POS system (Micros).
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, restocking, and cleaning.
Comply with all company, state, and federal alcohol service and health/safety regulations.
Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Promote a positive team environment built on communication, respect, and shared goals.
Job Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 3 years of bartending or cocktail preparation experience in a high-volume setting.
Proficiency with POS systems; Micros experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage preparation techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Required Certifications:
Must have a current TAPS (Training for Alcohol Professionals) certification.
Level 1 Beer Server certification through the Cicerone Certification Program (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire).
Valid Alaska Food Handler Card.
