In this dual-season role, the incumbent will work at the Chena Bend Golf Course for the summer season. When winter rolls in, the position transitions to the Birch Hill Ski and Snowboard Area. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives may be paid. Up to 25% Recruitment incentive may be paid (service agreement required). Recruitment incentives are applicable to newly hired individuals and rehired individuals (i.e., one being reinstated or re-employed after a break in service of at least 1 year).
