What You Will Be Doing
Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk by greeting and assisting clients and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area. Additionally, work closely with the Administrative Officer, Office Manager, and other Administrative Assistants to complete essential administrative functions. This position may also provide varying degrees of legal support to attorneys, paralegals, and law office assistants in the Division. Responsibilities may include; procurement of supplies and equipment; case management of department records; coordinating and processing travel; and more.
