Job Description & Responsibilities

Job Summary

The summary of this position safely transports guests from the lower camp area to and from dog camp and/or the zip-line. Responsible for maintenance and cleaning of Unimog.

All employees are expected to adhere to the company's standard operating procedures to ensure consistency, safety, and quality in our operations. Your cooperation in following these guidelines is essential for maintaining our high standards and achieving our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Ensures guests experience the “E.X.C.U.R.S.I.O.N. of a lifetime” by being attentive to their needs, answering all guest questions, and notifying management of unhappy guests or collecting guest information for follow-up.

Employees are expected to adhere to the company’s standard operating procedures to ensure consistency, safety, and quality in our operations.

Communicates accurate information to the appropriate staff when required (guest count to dog camp, communication with the office, dock representatives, etc.).

Adheres to all company policies and procedures.

May perform other tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the company’s goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License

Valid CPR/First Aid Certificate

Must be 21 years of age

Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Must be willing to work with dogs daily

Must not be allergic to dogs

Skills

Guest Service:

Excellent communication skills and ability to provide superior guest service.

Time Management:

Ensuring timely arrivals and departures.

Ability to handle unclear or changing situations and adapt to unexpected demands.

Emergency Response:

Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.

Ability to effectively lead others by building rapport, gaining trust, clearly communicating expectations, and coaching to improve performance.

Working Conditions

Frequent outdoor work; may be subject to adverse weather conditions and temperature variations.

May occasionally encounter various odors, including dog waste.

May be exposed to noise such as frequent barking at dog camp.

Frequent sitting, standing, and walking.

Must be able to lift and carry buckets weighing up to 40 lbs for 200 feet (typically under 30 minutes per day).

Job Requirements

Certified or able to get certified in First Aid/CPR.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Legally eligible to work in the US.

21 years or older.
