Role Overview You will resolve customer inquiries regarding irrigation products, orders, and logistics. This role requires technical aptitude, high empathy, and rapid problem-solving skills. You will work 100% remotely to support our clients during core business hours. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone. Troubleshoot technical issues regarding irrigation equipment and specifications. Manage and update customer tickets within our helpdesk platform. Coordinate with logistics partners to track and resolve order delays. Guide farmers through our digital ordering platform and catalog. Document recurring customer issues to help improve our product. Requirements 2+ years of experience in remote customer support roles. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong technical troubleshooting skills or background in hardware/agritech. Quiet workspace with high-speed internet and reliable computer hardware.
