# Remote Billing Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Remote Billing Clerk to manage invoicing, claims processing, and account reconciliations. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from your home community while supporting our accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and process daily electronic billing invoices and client claims.

* Review account records to identify, adjust, and resolve discrepancies.

* Answer billing inquiries professionally via phone, email, and digital chat.

* Maintain organized, compliant electronic filing systems for financial records.

Qualifications & Requirements

* High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

* Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in data entry, clerical accounting, or billing.

* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and cloud-based accounting systems.

* Reliable high-speed home internet connection and a quiet workspace.
