What you will be doing

This position provides leadership and oversight for the Mentor Team, ensuring effective mentoring for newly hired Protective Services Specialists and strong collaboration with the Child Welfare Academy. This role upholds agency policies and the Guiding Principles of the OCS Practice Model through consistent, collaborative engagement with staff, families, and community partners.
