Seeking a Per Diem board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a Providence Anchorage Primary Care team in Anchorage, Alaska. In this role, you will work closely with advanced practice clinicians in a team-based care model that also includes social workers, nurse case management and clinical pharmacists. Behavioral health is embedded in the clinic as well, with a psychiatrist and onsite pharmacy available to patients and to provide support for Primary Care teams. Local candidates only with current Alaska physician license.

Per Diem role

This position provides group coverage for PTO and CME

Must have 2+ years of experience
