The Operations Director provides overall operational and people leadership for DUS’s Facilities Division, with primary responsibility for assigned North Slope contracts and remote camp operations. This position leads a complex, workforce-intensive business and is accountable for staffing execution, employee leadership, service delivery, client relationships, operational performance, and financial results.
