What you will be doing: In this position, you will r equest and manage service authorizations for approved Medicaid Waiver/State Plan and Personal Care Services programs. You will work closely with service provider agencies and multiple state entities in managing day-to-day service authorization requests and processing service authorization requests through the use of the designated system (MMIS), in accordance with all applicable policies and state and federal regulatory guidance.
