Key responsibilities include : Prepare, review, and finalize loan closing packages across multiple state lending programs Coordinate with borrowers, title companies, lenders, attorneys, and internal staff to ensure all closing conditions are satisfied Verify collateral documentation, insurance requirements, UCC filings, and legal instruments prior to disbursement Safeguard loan fund assets by ensuring every closing meets regulatory, procedural, and documentation standards Flexibility: This is a flex position, start at Level 1 and grow into Level 2 as you gain experience and skills, and complete your training program without having to reapply for a new job!
