Guide Guests and Coordinate Transportation for Memorable Experiences at our Historic Salmon Bake.

As a Greeter at the Salmon Bake, you will be the first point of contact for hundreds of guests daily, delivering a warm and welcoming introduction to our historic, unique dining experience. Your role is essential in setting the tone for guest satisfaction by providing clear information about activities, directing traffic flow, and ensuring seamless coordination between transportation and the Salmon Bake team. You will play a key role in creating a memorable and positive experience for guests while working collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.

Provide clear, concise explanations of available activities, dining options, and event schedules to enhance the guest experience.

Direct guest traffic efficiently to ensure smooth flow and minimize congestion at entry points.

Act as a critical link between transportation services and the Salmon Bake, coordinating arrivals and departures with drivers and staff.

Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally to drive satisfaction.

Collaborate with the Salmon Bake team to maintain operational efficiency and a welcoming atmosphere.

Uphold all company safety, operational, and guest service policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage guests warmly and effectively.

Ability to manage high guest volumes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.

Strong organizational skills to direct traffic and coordinate with transportation and team members.

A positive, team-oriented attitude to foster a welcoming and collaborative work environment.

Basic knowledge of customer service principles and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Adaptability to handle varying guest needs and unexpected challenges.

Familiarity with the Salmon Bake’s offerings and activities is a plus.
