You serve as a primary point of contact for clients across all access points, including the Virtual Contact Center, lobby, and non-lobby interactions. In this role, you provide accurate information, gather essential details, and help ensure timely benefit determinations. The workplace is in our Juneau office, located at 1002 Glacier Hwy, Suite 200, Juneau, AK.
