The Department of Corrections, Division of Health and Rehabilitation Services, is recruiting for a Corrections Nurse 4 located at the Anchorage Central Office in Anchorage, Alaska.

What You Will Be Doing:

The primary responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

Development and implementation of correctional nurse education.

Coordinate healthcare services with other correctional departments, such as security, mental health, reentry, and education.

Work with electronic record keeping for nursing continuing education and compliance maintenance.

Work within a multi-disciplinary team in a leadership role.

Continuous maintenance and tracking of nursing education and compliance for greater than 150 staff members.
